Remembering a Friend and Leader

Former President of the Lima Family YMCA’s Board of Directors and member of Board of Trustees, Glen Webb Jr., passed away June 9th at the age of 86. Glen was a lifelong friend, supporter and member of the YMCA. In 2006 Glen was inducted into the YMCA’s Triangle of Honor, which recognizes individuals who have made a significant contribution to the development of the Y, its mission and impact on the community. Glen is survived by his wife, Margery, son Carl, two daughters Katie Jordan, Betsy Winget and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jerry Courtney, Lima Family YMCA President stated, “Glen was the epitome of a community servant. The Lima community was blessed to have his leadership, compassion and dedication. He is part of our Y family and will be deeply missed.”

The Lima Family YMCA wishes to thank the Webb family and friends for their memorial contributions in honor of Glen’s service. Their generous gifts will allow the Y to continue Glen’s legacy of service above self.
