Middle School Fit Club
Exercising at an early age can develop good habits, but youth can also develop long-term injuries with improper technique. This program is designed to teach young people how to use the fitness equipment correctly and learn about proper gym etiquette. This program is open to all youth in 6th, 7th and 8th grades. We will meet in the studio and spend much of the time in the YMCA Wellness Center and Weight Room. There are only 10 spots open per session, so sign up ASAP! Family Kettle Bell Pump
Join us each Tuesday and Thursday night from 5:15-5:45 pm in room 305 for this Kettle Bell class which is geared toward families that would like to exercise together! For ages 12 and up! Children 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
