
Home school youth, join us for some exciting fun! This class will teach youth different sports including basketball, soccer and softball. Youth will finish up the day with a fun swim. This class will also include special holiday activities and gym games.

You must be at least 15 years of age at the completion of the class and be able to swim 300 yards (Strokes: 100 yds freestyle; 100 yds breast; 100 yds combination). You should be able to retrieve a brick from the bottom of the pool (dephth: 12 1/2 feet).

Youth in summer or winter swim team, keep your stokes strong in our stroke clinic.
This does not replace swim lessons; emphasis will be placed on endurance, technique, starts and turns.
Class Times:
Ages 8-12 = 4:30-5:30pm Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
Ages 13-18 = 5:30-6:30pm Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday

Beginners, no previous diving experience is required, but all participants must be able to swim 25 yards in deep water. The advanced class will work on the basic five categories of competitive diving. These lessons are for ages 8 - Adult.

Beginners - 10:00-10:45am
Advanced - 12:00-12:45pm
For Polliwog, Guppy, Minnow, Fish, Flying Fish, Shark.
Age 6 & up

Prerequisite:6 years of age and completion of the Pike and/or Eel class or consent of Aquatics Director.
Goals: Paddle on front, back and side 25 yards with float belt, 20 feet without.

Prerequisite:Completion of the Polliwog and/or Ray and/or Starfish class or consent of Aquatics Director.
Goals: Front paddle with rotary breathing for 25 yards. Jump in and paddle for 10 feet, then float for 10 seconds and return to the side.

Prerequisite:Completion of the Guppy class or consent of Aquatics Director.
Goals: Over-arm development of strokes. Standing dive off deck.

Prerequisite:Completion of the Minnow class or consent of Aquatics Director.
Goals:Development of front and back crawl, breast stroke, sidestroke and butterfly. Endurance 50 yards in each stroke, butterfly 25 yards.

Prerequisite:Completion of the Fish class or consent of Aquatics Director.
Goals:Continued development of all strokes. Endurance 100 yards in each stroke, butterfly 25 yards. Flip turns for front and back crawl.

Prerequisite:Prerequisite: Completion of the Flying Fish class or consent of Aquatics Director.
Goals:Complete a 200 individual medley. Streamlining kick variations.
