BODYFLOW

BODYFLOW is an athletic blend of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates--a workout that builds flexibility and corestrength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. BODYFLOW programs use new music by the original artist and the choreography perfectly in tune with the music. Each class is made up of 45 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation. Great for beginning exercisers (modifications given) and experienced participants.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi can improve your lower body strength, help with arthritis pain, increase flexibility and much more. Tai Chi is performed with slow, deliberate movements with an emphasis on mental imagery and breathing and creates balance and a sense of calmness.

Yoga

YMCA Yoga is a Power Yoga class focusing on flexibility, balance, body awareness, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Monday, Wednesday: 9:30-10:30 am and 5:45-6:45 pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 9 am
**Friday: 6 am
