Personal & Sports Specific Training
Wellness instructors are always on duty in the weight room and wellness center, but for those who want more individual attention, we have personal trainers for one-on -one instruction.

- FEE: 1 Hour Session
- Members: $25 per hour
- Non-Members: $30 per hour
- FEE: 10 Hour Packet
- Members: $200 per packet
- Non-Members: $250 per packet
